The Firm represents employers in all federal and state courts, commissions and administrative agencies. The Firm is experienced in employee lawsuits, unfair labor practice charges and compliance actions initiated by government agencies.  The Firm represents clients before state and federal agencies including the National Labor Relations Board, Department of Fair Employment and Housing (DFEH), Department of Industrial Relations and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC). We regularly counsel employers regarding wage and hour law, leaves of absence, discrimination and sexual harassment, termination and discipline, and implementation and review of employee handbooks, policies and procedures.
